The firm was founded by Eric Manley, an experienced investment banking professional with over 25 years of experience in merchant banking, capital markets, private placement, structured finance and M&A transactions. Eric has broad product and industry experience and has structured and executed numerous customized solutions for clients.
Eric started focusing on passion sector businesses 10 years ago and has closed innovative transactions in the sector for both European and US clients.
Previously, Eric worked at Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, HSBC, NewOak and a couple of boutique specialty firms. Eric graduated Columbia University with an MBA and Temple University with a BA. Eric received Series 7, 24, 79, 99, 52 and 63 FINRA licenses.
